There is renewed interest amongst the builder community wrt Builder Floor projects in Gurgaon. Is it because they cost less to build? Or is it because they can choose to build only as much as they can sell? Perhaps both.

But most importantly should one be lured by Builder floors and discard the group housing options alltogether? The builders all promise that there is hardly any difference.
