I am Looking for a paying guest accomadation in South Delhi on a short term basis. Maximum rent I can pay is Rs 15,000 for a month. You should not be a realtor. I will provide my id card and proof of good citizen at the time of renting and possibly few references. Will only consider offers from owners.
