Have you read the articles in these newspapers on real estate. These come on the days when real estate section appears. HT has HT Estates and TOI has similar section.

If you notice carefully you would notice that most of their articles are written by vested interests, who instead of saying that real estate is for the purpose of living, always try to hype up the market. They will disguise opinions as facts. In short, I will definitely read these articles with a lot of salt, not just a pinch of salt :-)
