What are the going rates in Bangalore, in terms of square foot ? Also while at this, is the prevailing custom in south and specifically in Bangalore to use square foot or square meter. In noida they use square meter.

PS: I do realize it would vary from area to area. But if you know by the areas that is fine. I do understand MG road will be much more expensive than outer areas.
